I believe art lives in an in-between place·kind of like an airport layover.
You go there and you are someplace in-between where you came from
and where you are going. And you can be anyone you can make
anything up. All this Art is in the middle of something.
I like in-between places, like the center of an Oreo, getting my hair cut,
watching the stream moving down the mountain, or noticing the warm
wind slightly blowing before Summer ends.Temporary, shifting,
changing things seem to have a sparkle. Whenever I try to make
creativity stand still or stay the same, it runs away and hides.
